"That moment was holy. And it wasn't loud. There were no spotlights. No audience. Just me and Jesus, and a quiet invitation to be honest."

The Story Behind Hello Peace
For years, I believed healing meant learning to love my body.
As a competitive athletes, my identity became deeply intertwined with performance, discipline, and appearance. Although God graciously led me through recovery from an eating disorder and into a career helping others find freedom with food, I believe that chapter of my story was behind me.
Then I became a mother.
Pregnancy and postpartum brought beautiful changes, but they also uncovered places in my heart I didn't realize still needed healing. As my body changed, God gently revealed that my struggle had never been only about my body. It was about where I had anchored my identify.
I realized He wasn't asking me to become more confident in myself.
He was inviting me to become more rooted in Him.
That realization changed everything.
Hello Peace was born from that journey - not because I've arrived, but because I'm continuing to learn what it means to surrender comparison, perfectionism, and fear to Christ each day.
My prayer is that this book reminds every woman that she doesn't have to strive to become enough.
She is already deeply loved by the One who created her.
Because peace was never waiting on the other side of physical transformation.
It was waiting on the other side of surrender.

Inspired by her own journey through pregnancy, motherhood, and healing from an eating disorder, Hello Peace is her debut book and the beginning of a larger mission to help women anchor their identity in Christ rather than appearance or performance.
When she's not working with athletes or writing, you'll most likely find her running, hiking, spending time outdoors with her family, or chasing two little ones around the house.
