Meet Beth.

Welcome to Purposeful Fueling! My name is Beth McCall. I am a Sports Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher with 10 years of experience working with elite-level athletes. Through the combination of performance nutrition and functional movement yoga, I aim to optimize health and performance both in sport and for the entire lifetime. I look forward to helping you fuel your purpose with purpose!

The PF Formula

I have developed an integrative system to promote health and performance to help you fuel that purpose, both in sport and in life. The PF Formula combines functional nutrition with the versatile practice of yoga to create an individually crafted, holistic program for any athlete looking to enhance health, performance and over all well-being.

Individualized nutrition programming to optimize athletic performance and enhance lifelong health. I have specialized experience in Sports Nutrition, Gut Health, and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport/Eating Disorders.
