Purposeful Fueling was created to support growing athletes as whole people — not just performers. 

Too often, athletes are given fragmented support: fueling plans without context, recovery as an afterthought, and expectations that don't account for growth, injury, mental load, or life beyond sport. While these approaches may work short term, they often fail to support sustainable performance or long-term wellbeing. 

At Purposeful Fueling, we believe athlete support should be integrated, adaptable, and age-appropriate. 

Our work brings together performance nutrition, athletic yoga, and mindfulness to support athletes through every stage of development — from their early years, through competitive seasons, and into life beyond sport. This approach prioritizes strong foundations, intentional recovery, and skills athletes can carry with them long after competition ends. 

Purposeful Fueling is not about quick fixes or rigid systems. It's about meeting athletes where they are, honoring their individuality, and providing guidance that evolves as they grow — physically, mentally, and personally.

My Story. 

I built Purposeful Fueling to be the kind of support I needed as a young athlete — and the kind of guidance I now know athletes deserve.

As an athlete through my high school and collegiate years, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to navigate injuries, health challenges, and unanswered questions while being viewed through a narrow performance lens. I often felt like I was being treated as an athlete first, and as a person second — during a time when growth, development, and identity mattered just as much as performance.

That lived experience led me into this work — and continues to shape how I support athletes today.

Over the past 12+ years, I've worked across a wide range of athletic settings, supporting athletes from their early development through collegiate and high-performance environments. As a registered dietitian and certified yoga instructor, my work bridges evidence-based nutrition with movement, recovery, and mindfulness — allowing me to support athletes in a way that is both scientifically grounded and deeply practical.

Throughout my career, I've partnered with athletes, families, coaches, and programs to help build strong foundations, navigate transitions, and support sustainable performance — not just for the next season, but for the long term.
