Beth McCall, MS, RD, CSSD is a Board-Certified Sports Dietitian, former D1 athletes, and founder of Purposeful Fueling. 

For over a decade, Beth has fueled athletes and teams at every level - from NCAA programs at Duke and UCLA to Olympic-level wrestlers, professional athletes, and youth. She brings that same evidence-based expertise, practical strategy, and heart to The Fuel Hub - helping wrestlers fuel smarter, perform stronger, and build healthy, sustainable habits that last a lifetime. 

Beth's passion for wrestling runs deep - her husband serves as the Head Assistant Wrestling Coach at Utah Valley University, keeping her closely connected to the sport at every level.
